The Process
When someone expresses an interest in becoming an I.N.N. Candidate, an initial interview takes place. From there, challenges and potential supports are identified. Some of the barriers we seek to address include but are not limited to the following: employment, housing, transportation, substance use/abuse, health care, budgeting, family/relationship dynamics, child care, opportunities for youth, and increasing cohesion among local resources.
Based on our experience, mentees benefit most from a cohesive, proactive approach that is rooted in a personal connection.
Built-I.N.N. Mentoring offers this opportunity.
